Gratitude Journal Day #15 – Warmth in others

A bit harder today to pin point moments of gratitude without going the standard route of “a roof over my head, good in my belly and a dog that loves me.” So I looked at other people and found things to be grateful for within the world.
• A significant donation to a local women’s shelter during a fundraising luncheon today organized by a friend.
• Getting the “all clear” text message from a friend of mine who was worried her life plans would be put on hold for her and her husband.
• Having enough will power to get back into the gym and finish a strong 3 miles
